Each of our employees bring a key integral aspect to our team comradery, and all team members have been trained on every aspect of jobsite safety and customer service, allowing all customers’ jobs to be completed  in a timely matter. The Barricade Company views safety as a paramount part of everything we do. We perform every job with the highest standards of workmanship and safety protocols, ensuring that our customers do not experience any additional complications to their time sensitive project deadlines.

Customer Service

Our flaggers are committed to providing excellent customer service, which begins with a focus on the highest degree of safety for themselves and other workers, alike. We provide all forms of flagging, including pedestrian flagging, special event parking, positive construction zone guidance, and any situation that might require clear and concise communication with the public.


The Barricade Company’s flaggers are OSHA and ATTSA-flagger certified. Our staff are trained professionals who adapt to any situation that may occur on a jobsite. The Barricade Company offers continuous training for all employees, which include weekly safety meetings, CPR, and defensive driving courses (for all employees who drive a company vehicle), as well as providing on-site evaluation throughout the year for each individual employee to allow for additional training and feedback.


With safety at the core of our company culture, you’ll notice all of our employees wearing ANSI-certified reflective apparel, as well as hard hats when required. Customers can be confident that on every jobsite, The Barricade Company utilizes and follows all standards from the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), along with any other applicable state and federal guidelines.
